Ordinance 514 ORDINANCE NO. 514
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
289, COMMONLY KNOWN AS ZONING ORDI-
NANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, BY ADDING THERETO AREA DIS-
TRICT NO. 36.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1. That Section 16. of Ordinance No. 289 of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, be and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following
paragraph immediately following District No. 35.
"District No. 36. There shall be a front
yard having a depth of not less than fif-
teen (15) feet. There shall be a rear
yard having a depth of not less than five
(5) feet. There shall be a side yard having
a width of not less than five (5) feet on
either side of a building, provided, how-
ever, that corner lots shall not require a
side yard on the side of the lot abutting
on the side street. "
SECTION 2: All ordinances and parts of Ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately after
its passage, approval and posting.

ORDINANCE NO. 289, COMMONLY KNOWN AS ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, BY ADDING THERETO AREA
DISTRICT NO. 360, having been passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been
posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of
Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall
in said City on the 3rd day of June, A. D. , 1938, and that
said ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the
City Charter of the said Ctty of Miami Beach.
