AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289 OF THE
CITY OF MIkMI BEACH, FLORIDA, SO AS
TO CHANGE THE USE REGULATION OF THE
PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIA BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the use regulation of the following described
property, to -wit:
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, Block 107, Lots 1
to 8, inclusive, Block 108, Lots 2 to 12,
inclusive, Block 109 of Ocean Beach Addi-
tion No. 3, in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, as said. Ocean Beach Addition No. 3
is recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 81,
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby amended, changed and modified, so as
to change
said property from its present use regulation "RE"
Multiple Family District to what is known as "RD" Single Family
District, as said use regulation districts are described in Sec-
tions 5 and 4 respectively of Ordinance No. 239, and.
Section 2: That the use regulation of Lots 1 and 24 of Block
93, Ocean Beach Addition No. 3, be and the same is
hereby amended, changed and modified so as to change said property
from its present use regulation "RD" Single Family District to
what is known as "RE" Multiple Family District, as said use regu-
lation districts are described in Sections 4 and 5 respectively
of Ordinance No. 289.
Section 3: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and they are hereby repealed.
Section 4: This ordinance shall take effect immediately after
its passage, approval and posting in accordance with
law.

Ordinance No. 366 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MAIMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2.89
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, SO AS TO CHANGE THE USE
REGULATION OF THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN." having been duly
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 8th day of January, A. D.,
1935, and that said ordinance remained posted for a period of
at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the
City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the llth day of March, A. D., 1935.
