ORDINANCE NO. 516
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 289, BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, BY ADDING
TO SECTION 7 USE REGULATION "BA"
BUSINESS DISTRICT, "SHOE REPAIRING
SHOPS, ONLY UPON SPECIAL PERMIT OF
THE CITY COUNCIL, "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 8 of Ordinance No. 289, Use Regu-
lation "BB" Business District, be and the same
is hereby amended by eliminating therefrom
the following item:
"(12) Shoe repairing shops. "
SECTION 2: That Section 7 of Ordinance No, 289, Use Regula-
tion "BA" Business District, be and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto immediately fol-
lowing item (6) :
"(7) Shoe repairing shops, only upon special
permit of the City Council. "
SECTION 3: All ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall take effect immediately after
its passage, approval and posting.
