Ordinance 369ORDINANCE NO. 369 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION CF THE OFFICE CF ASSISTA1T CHIEF OF POLICE AND CHIEF OF DETECTIVES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That there be prid there is hereby crested in the SECTION 1. City of Miami Beach the office of Assistant Chief of Police whose duties shell be defined by the City Mane6er and whose salary shall be $200.00 per month, who shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of said City, and who shell hold office at the will of the City Manager and who shall serve under the supervision of the Police Chief. There is hereby created the office of Chief of De— SECTION 2, tectives of the City of Miami Beach whose duties shall be defined by the City Manager, whose selery shall be $200.00 per month, who shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of said City, and who shell serve under the supervision of the Police Chief.
