BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that in all future elections, bond or
otherwise, called by the City of Miami Beach, involving or
pertaining to real estate, the proposed question to be set
forth on the ballot shall include not only the legal
description thereof, but also a further additional descrip-
tion whereby the land in question, and its location, will be
clearly identifiable and recognizable by the electorate, so
that said electorate may be intelligently informed as to the
proposition the electorate is called to vote upon.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of February 1973.
