SUBJECT: Motion by the LGBTQ Advisory Comittee
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (LTC) is to inform the Mayor and the Commission of a
motion made by the LGBTQ Advisory Committee at their meeting on Jun 13, 2017.
MOTION: To partner and allow the Committee to host a public meeting in the next 30-60 days for
the purpose of presenting the audit review and recommendations of the City in the wake of the fiscal
and managerial failure of the World Out Games. This meeting allow for residents, LGBTQ leaders,
organizations and businesses as well as the public to provide input.
