A RESOLUTION PROVIDING AUTHORITY FOR THE
SIGNING OF VOUCHERS DRAWING ON FUNDS IN
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH DEPOSITORIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That on and after the 22nd day of February, 1973, all withdrawals
of funds from the City of Miami Beach accounts in City Depositories
described as follows:
THE MIAMI BEACH FIRST NATIONAL BANK
Accounts designated: "City of Miami Beach"
"City of Miami Beach Parking Revenue
Bond Fund"
"City of Miami Beach Parking System
Operation and Maintenance Fund"

With the further provision as to the four accounts carried in
The Miami Beach First National Bank designated "City of Miami Beach",
"City of Miami Beach Parking Revenue Bond Fund", "City of Miami Beach
Parking System Operation and Maintenance Fund", and "Resort Tax Revenue
Bond Fund Sinking Fund", withdrawals from which shall be on printed checks
designated "City of Miami Beach", "City of Miami Beach Parking Revenue
Bond Fund", "City of Miami Beach Parking System Operation and Maintenance
Fund", and "Resort Tax Revenue Bond Fund Sinking Fund", each bearing two
signatures as above set forth, or bearing the signature consisting of the
background and other identifying symbols and facsimile signatures as are
imprinted on the sample checks attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
the City Clerk and Finance Director is hereby authorized to use said
signature in connection with said accounts.
And with the further provision. as to the accounts carried in the
Barnett Bank of Miami Beach, N.A. , designated "City of Miami Beach", "City
of Miami Beach - Meter Account", "City of Miami Beach Firemen's Relief and
Pension Fund", "City Pension Fund for Firemen and Policemen in the City of
Miami Beach", and "City of Miami Beach Payroll Account", withdrawals from
which shall be upon regular City of Miami Beach checks designated "City of
Miami Beach", "City of Miami Beach - Meter Account", "City of Miami Beach
Firemen 's Relief and Pension Fund", "City Pension Fund for Firemen and
Policemen in the City of Miami Beach", and City of Miami Beach Payroll
Account", each bearing two signatures as above set forth, or bearing the
signature consisting of the background and other identifying symbols and
facsimile signatures, as are imprinted on the sample checks attached hereto
and made a part hereof; and the City Clerk and Finance Director is hereby
authorized to use said signature in connection with said accounts.
And with the further provision as to the accounts carried in the
Carner Bank of Miami Beach designated "City of Miami Beach", "City Pension
Fund for Firemen and Policemen - Retirement Account", Resort Tax Revenue
Bond Fund Utility Tax", "City of Miami Beach Federal Emergency Employment",
and "City of Miami Beach Auditorium and Exhibition Hall Trust", withdrawals
of funds from which shall be on printed checks designated "City of Miami
Beach", "City Pension Fund for Firemen and Policemen - Retirement Account",
"Resort Tax Revenue Bond Fund Utility Tax", "City of Miami Beach Federal
Emergency Employment", and "City of Miami Beach Auditorium and Exhibition
Hall Trust", each bearing two signatures as above set forth, or bearing
the signature consisting of the background and other identifying symbols
and facsimile signatures as are imprinted on the sample check attached

hereto and made a part hereof, and the City Clerk and Finance Director is
hereby authorized to use said signature in connection with said account.
And with the further provision as to the accounts carried in the City
National Bank designated "City of Miami Beach" and "Resort Tax Revenue Bond
Fund Construction Fund", withdrawals of funds from which shall be on printed
checks designated "City of Miami Beach", and "Resort Tax Revenue Bond Fund
Construction Fund", each bearing two signatures as above set forth, or
bearing the signatures consisting of the background and other identifying
symbols and facsimile signatures as are imprinted on the sample check attached
hereto and made a part hereof, and the City Clerk and Finance Director is
hereby authorized to use said signature in connection with said account.
And with the further provision as to the accounts carried in the Jefferson
National Bank of Miami Beach designated "City of Miami Beach" and "Resort Tax
Revenue Bond Fund Resort Tax Collection", withdrawals of funds from which shall
be on printed checks designated "City of Miami Beach", and "Resort Tax Revenue
Bond Resort Tax Collection", each bearing two signatures as above set forth, or
bearing the signature consisting of the background and other identifying symbols
and facsimile signatures as are imprinted on the sample check attached hereto
and made a part hereof, and the City Clerk and Finance Director is hereby
authorized to use said signature in connection with said account.
And with the further provision as to the account carried in the Pan
American Bank of Miami Beach designated "City of Miami Beach", withdrawals of
funds from which shall be on printed checks designated "City of Miami Beach",
each bearing two signatures as above set forth, or bearing the signature
consisting of the background and other identifying symbols and facsimile
signatures as are imprinted on the sample check attached hereto and made a
part hereof, and the City Clerk and Finance Director is hereby authorized to
use said signature in connection with said account.
SECTION 2: That all withdrawals of funds from that certain City of Miami
Beach account in the Barnett Bank of Miami Beach, N.A. designated
"OVERPAYMENT ACCOUNT", shall be upon regular City of Miami Beach checks,
designated "OVERPAYMENT ACCOUNT" and which checks shall have plainly printed
across the face thereof the words "NOT GOOD FOR MORE THAN ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS",
each bearing tow signatures, as follows:

SECTION 3: That said CARNER BANK OF MIAMI BEACH, THE MIAMI BEACH FIRST
NATIONAL BANK, CITY NATIONAL BANK, JEFFERSON NATIONAL BANK
OF MIAMI BEACH, BARNETT BANK OF MIAMI BEACH, N.A. and PAN AMERICAN BANK
OF MIAMI BEACH, are hereby authorized and requested to accept, honor and
pay without further inquiry, and until delivery to it of written notice
of the revocation of the authority hereby granted, all checks and other
orders for the payment or withdrawal of money deposited with said banks
in the name of said City of Miami Beach, including checks drawn to the
individual order of the officers signing same and including also all such
instruments payable or endorsed to the order of the City of Miami Beach,
when such checks or other orders for money shall be signed or endorsed
in the name of the City of Miami Beach by its officers hereinbefore named.

SECTION 4: That all resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5: That a certified copy hereof be delivered to each City
Depository.
