A RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION AND APPRECIATION
TO JAMES A. WADE FOR SERVICES RENDERED AS A
MEMBER OF THE PERSONNEL BOARD OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS , JAMES A. WADE has served with the greatest
of distinction as a member of the Personnel Board of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, for the term commencing August 18,
1971, to February 20, 1973, and
WHEREAS, said JAMES A. WADE devoted incalculable
amounts of time, energy and genius in the performance of his
duties and responsibilities as such member of the said Board,
all without hope or expectation of reward or recompense, and
WHEREAS , his intelligence, keen perceptions and
awareness, and warm and sympathetic understanding of the
matters requiring the sound judgment of said Personnel Board
and of its several members have been of inestimable value in
promoting, fostering and encouraging a cordial relationship
between the personnel of the City of Miami Beach, and its
Administration,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, for itself, its individual
members , and for and on behalf of the entire City of Miami Beach,
Florida, that this Council expresses its most profound and
immeasurable indebtedness and most sincere thanks and apprecia-
tion to the said JAMES A. WADE for his enduring and dedicated
services to the said Personnel Board, the City of Miami Beach,
its personnel, its Administration, and its residents and citizens,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that this resolution be spread upon the
official records of this Council and that a suitably engraved
copy of this resolution be presented to the said JAMES A. WADE.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of MARCH 1973 .
