RESOLUTION CALLING PUBLIC HEARING
ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ZONING
ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 1, 2, 3, and
4, BLOCK 69, LINCOLN SUBDIVISION, AND
LOTS 1 and 24, BLOCK 93, OCEAN BEACH
ADDITION NO. 3 FROM RS4, SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, TO RM60, MULTIPLE
FAMILY MEDIUM DENSITY DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach Planning Commission
has duly recommended to the City Council, following Public
Hearing, that Ordinance No. 1891, being the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, be amended so
as to exclude Lots 1, 2, 3, and. 4, Block 69, LINCOLN SUBDIVI-
SIGN, and Lots L and 24, Block 93, OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO. 3,
from RS4, Single Family Residential Use District, and to include
said property in the RM60, Multiple Family Medium Density
District, as said Districts are defined and set forth in said
Ordinance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, that a public hearing be and the same
is hereby called to be held before the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, beginning at the hour of 2 :00 p.m. on the
11th day of April 1973, in the Council Chambers, Cypress Room,
Convention Hall, Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, and that due
and appropriate notice be given by the City Clerk to all interested
parties .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 1973 .
