RESOLUTION NO. 73-13974
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 73-13960
AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD ON THE
SECOND DAY OF MAY 1973 ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO
ORDINANCE NO. 1891, EXCLUDING LOTS 1, 2 , 3 AND 4,
BLOCK 69, LINCOLN SUBDIVISION, AND LOTS 1 AND 24,
BLOCK 93, OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO. 3, FROM RS4,
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, TO RM60,
MULTIPLE FAMILY MEDIUM DENSITY DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, City Council of the City of Miami Beach, on
March 21, 1973, adopted its Resolution No. 73-13960, calling
for a Public Hearing to be held on April 11, 1973, on a proposed
amendment to Ordinance No. 1891, being the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, to exclude Lots 1, 2 , 3 and
4, Block 69, LINCOLN SUBDIVISION, and Lots 1 and 24, Block 93,
OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO. 3, from RS4, Single Family Residential
Use District, and to include said property in the RM60, Multiple
Family Medium Density District, as said districts are defined and
set forth in said ordinance, and
WHEREAS, due to shortness of time, required public
notice of said public hearing was not achieved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 73-13960
be and the same is hereby rescinded and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA, that the said public hearing called to
be held on April 11, 1973 , be and the same is hereby called for
the 2nd day of May 1973 beginning at the hour of 11 :30 a.m.
in the Council Chambers, Cypress Room, Convention Hall, Miami
Beach, Dade County, Florida, and the City Clerk be and she is
hereby authorized and directed to give appropriate notice to
all interested parties .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 11th day of April 1973 .
