WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been advised that
NATIONAL SOFT DRINK ASSOCIATION
desires to amend its lease on the premises and facilities of
the Miami Beach Auditorium or Convention Hall North South for
the purpose of using dates of November 11-14, 1973 , in the Auditorium
and releasing November 15, 1973 ; In Convention Halls North and South,
the lessee will use November 7-19, 1973, and will release
November 6 and 20, 1973

WHEREAS , a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as to
form by the City Attorney, and ".
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and
is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease
agreement and deems it to be for the best interest of the
City to authorize the execution of the said lease agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor
and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the above described amendment to above
lease agreement on behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium
and Convention Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein
by the City.
