BE IT RySOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described Improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
H-527 Bayside Lane south of 77th Street to be paved and
where hertofore paved to be repaved to a width of
32 ' with a bituminous wearing surface on a 10" rock
base, and improved on both sides with concrete curb
and gutter.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets ,
manholes , and catchbasins .
As said street is shown on Plat recorded in Plat
Book 58, Page 47 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida; and as said Bayside Lane is named and desig-
nated in Ordinance No. 1443.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, plans and Specifications of said Improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts etc. , and any other expense,
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each.

The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such Improvement is hereby designated as District H- 527 and
i' described as follows :
All of the lots or parcels of land abutting Bayside
Lane south of 77th Street.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Highway Improvement H- 527 , and the property
against which tr.sessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
caall be designated as District H- 527 .
