AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING* SECT ON N0. 16 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 289, BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ADDING THERETO AREA DISTRICTS NOS.
29 AND 30.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 16 of Ordinance No. 289 be and the
same is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following paragraphs after District No. 28:
District No. 29. There shall be a front yard
having a depth of not less than twenty—five
(25) feet when measured from any waterway, buy
or ocean. There shall be a rear yard having e
depth of not less than ten (10) feet. There
shall be a side yard on each side of a building
having a width of not less than ten (10) feet
when measured from any street line and having
a width of not less than five (5) feet when
measured from an adjoining lot.
District No. 34. There shall be a front yard
having a depth of not less than ten (10) feet
when measured from any street line. There shall
be a rear yard having a depth of not less than
five (5) feet. There shall be a side yard on
each side of a building having a width of not
less than ten (10) feet when measured from any
street line and having a width of not less than
five (5) feet when measured from any adjoining
lot line.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or Parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately after
its passage, approval and posting.

that Ordinance No. 373 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
SECTION NO. 16 OF ORDINANCE NO. 289, BEING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ADDING
THERETO AREA DISTRICTS NOS. 29 AND 30" having been duly
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three
conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of
which was at the door of the City Hall in said City on
the 16th day of February, A. D., 1935, and that said
ordinances remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set

Miami Beach, Florida., on this the 18th day of March, A. D.,
1935.
