BE IT R:;;OLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described Improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter :
WW-162 Both sides of Bayside Lane south of 77th Street.
To be improved with a Whiteway Lighting system
of ornamental posts and lamps at approximately
230 feet apart on each side together with necessary
transformers; other appurtenances and with under-
ground connections for lighting. As said street
is shown on Plat recorded in Plat Book 58, Page
47 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
and as said Bayside Lane is named and designated
in Ordinance No. 1446.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, plans and Specifications of said Improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts etc. , and any other expense
~ cessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
rrovided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each.

The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such Improvement is hereby designated as District WW- 162 and

Lane south of 77th Street.
