AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289 OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, SO AS
TO CHANGE THE AREA REGULATIONS OF THE
PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the area regulations of the following des—
cribed property, to—wit;
SUBDIVISION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, BEACH VIEW
ADDITION, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
as same is shown on a Plat recorded in Plat
Book No. 34, at Page 62, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby amended, changed and modified so as
to change Lots 2, 3 and 4 of Block 1, of said Subdivision of
Lot 1, Block 1, Beach View Addition, from its present area
regulation District No. 8, to District No. 5; and
so as to change Lot 5, of said Block 1, from its present area
regulation District No. 8, to District No. 11; and
so as to change Block 2 of said Subdivision of Lot 1, Block 1,
Beach View Addition from its present area regulation District
No. 8 to District No. 29; and
so as to change Block 3 of said Subdivision of Lot 1, Block 1,
Beach View Addition from its present area regulation District
No. 8, to District No. 30,
as all Districts herein are described in Section 16 of said
Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
SECTION 2.
SECTION 3.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately after
its passage, approval and posting.

that Ordinance No. 374 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 289 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
SO AS TO CHANGE THE AREA REGULATIONS OF THE PROPERTY
DESCRIBED HEREIN" having been duly passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
has been posted by me in. three conspicuous places in the
City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the
City Hall in said. City on the 16th day of February, A. D.
1935, and that said ordinances remained posted for a
period of at least thirty days in accordance with the
requirements of the City Charter of the said City of
Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, on this the 18th day of March, A. D., 1935.
