73-14007 RESOLUTION NO. 73-14007
WHEREAS, on October 4, 1972, City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, passed and adopted Resolu-
tion No. 13775 for the acquisition of certain lands
described therein for parks and recreational purposes,
and
WHEREAS, Block 20, ALTOS DEL MAR NO. 1, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 31 at page 40
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, was omitted
inadvertently from the description of the lands to be so
acquired for said purposes ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that said Resolution
No. 13775 be and the same is hereby amended by including
therein said Block 20, ALTOS DEL MAR NO. 1.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of May , 1973 .
