73-14036 RESOLUTION NO. 73-14036
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department of the City of
Miami Beach has determined that it is necessary that the City
acquire an easement and right of way to lay, install, and
maintain storm sewers in, over, and under the northerly five (5 ' )
feet of Lot 16, Block 1-A, Beachview Subdivision, in order to
properly drain Pine Tree Drive; and
WHEREAS , a grant of easement has been prepared by which
instrument the owners of said land grants said easement for
purposes herein described; and
WHEREAS, Anthony D. Cioppa and Margaret Cioppa, his wife,
owners of said land, has evidenced their willingness to and have
executed said grant of easement to the City of Miami Beach; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach deems
it to be in the best interests of the City to acquire said
easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that said grant of easement be
and the same is hereby approved and accepted for and on behalf
of the City of Miami Beach.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF June, 1973 .
