WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 1891, the same
being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, to permit sidewalk cafes on Lincoln Road Mall
in the area lying between the westerly line of Washington Avenue
and the easterly line of Alton Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that pursuant to the provisions
of Section 16 of said Ordinance, a Public Hearing is hereby called
to be held before the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, beginning at the hour of 2 :00 p.m. on the 5th day of
September 1973 in the Cypress Room of the Miami Beach Convention
Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, at which Public Hearing all interested
persons will be heard.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 29th day of June 1973 .
