BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Frank R. Spence, City Manager, be and is
hereby designated as the authorized official of the City of Miami
Beach to make application for a grant under Section 396.121 (1) of
the Florida Rehabilitation of Alcoholics Act, as amended in the
amount of $21,127 for the period from July 1, 1973 through
June 30, 1974 for conducting an Alcoholic Rehabilitation Program
through the Municipal Court with the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that said Frank R. Spence, as City Manager,
be and he is hereby authorized and empowered for and in the name
of the City of Miami Beach to take all steps necessary or required
for the obtaining of such grant.
