A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 13574
ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NEGOTIABLE
COUPON BONDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $18, 160, 000.
FOR THE PURPOSES AUTHORIZED AT AN ELECTION
HELD ON MARCH 14, 1972" .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that that portion of Section 2 of
Resolution No. 13574, entitled:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
THE ISSUANCE OF NEGOTIABLE COUPON BONDS
IN THE AMOUNT OF $18, 160,000. FOR THE
PURPOSES AUTHORIZED AT AN ELECTION HELD
ON MARCH 14, 1972"
setting forth the maturity dates, the number, and the amount
of the Bonds pertaining to Series 1 and designated "1972 South
Oceanfront Park Addition Bonds" be and the same is hereby
amended so as to provide as follows :

be and the same is hereby amended so as to provide that the
maturity dates of the unsold bonds of said Series 3 shall be
