OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289, BEING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY,
AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 436, AS
PASSED AND ADOPTED ON AUGUST 5th,
1936, SO AS TO RECLASSIFY AND DESIG..
NATE AND IN SOME INSTANCES TO CHANGE
THE USE AND AREA REGULATIONS OF SUNSET
ISLANDS, AS SHOWN ON THIRD REVISED
PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK
4 AT PAGE 8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No, 289, as amended, of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
That the Use and Area Regulations of the following
described property, to-wit:
"THIRD REVISED PLAT OF SUNSET ISLANDS,
in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
as same is shown on a plat recorded
in Plat Book 40, at Page g of the Pub .
lie Records of Dade County, Florida,"
be and the same are hereby amended, changed and modified, so as
to classify and designate all of Blocks 1-A, 1-E, 1-H,
2-H, 3-D, 3-H, 44-A and 4-•F in the Use Regulation "RC" Estate
District, and
so as to classify and designate all of Blocks 1-B, 1-C, 1-D, 1-F,
2-A, 2-,B, 2-C, 2-E, 2-F, 3-A, 3-B, 3-C, 3-E, 3-F, 4-B, 4-C, 4-D
and 4-E, also a tract near the center of Island No. 2 designated
"Reserved" in the Use Regulation "RD" Single-Family District, and
so as to classify and designate all of that tract shown and desig-
nated as "Tract 4-Al" on the aforementioned plat, although marked
"not a part of this plat", in the Use Regulation "RDE" Restricted
Multiple-Family District, and
so as to classify` and designate all of Blocks 1.4, 1-E, 1-H, 2-D,
2-G, 2-H, 3-D, 3-H, 4-A and 4-F, in Area Regulation District No.
32, and
so as to classify and designate all of Blocks 1-B, 1-C, 1-D, 1-F,
2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-E, 2-F, 3-A, 3-B, 3-C, 3u-E and 3-F; also a tract
near the center of Island No. 2 designated "Reserved" in Area
Regulation District No. 22, and
sous to classify and designate all of Blocks 4-B, 4-�C, 4-»D and
4••_ in Area Regulation District No. 14, and
so as to classify and designate all of that Tract, shown and
designated as "Tract 4--Al" on the aforesaid plat, in Area Regula-
tion District No. 37.
SECTION 2: That Ordinance No, 436, passed and adopted on August
6th, 1936, and all other ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately after
its passage, approval and posting in accordance
with law.

SHOWN ON THIRD REVISED PLAT THEREOF , RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK
4 AT PAGE 8 OF THE PUBLIC RE CORDS OF DADE COUNTY , FLORIDA" ,
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Miami .Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three
conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which
was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the 23rd
day of July , A. D. , 19 38 , and that said ordinance remained
posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance
with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City
of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my

Beach, Florida, on this the 25th day of August , A. D. , 1938. .
