Resolution of the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee
The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee passed the following motion to support the
proposed housing ordinances:
The AHAC Committee supports the proposed City ordinances that reduce minimum unit size
and mandatory parking requirements for affordable and workforce housing development as
reflected in the City code and Comprehensive Plan.
Motion made by: Matthew Land; Seconded by Jeffrey Feldman. Adopted 10 - 2 by voice vote.
