WHEREIN THE BUSINESS OF THE SALE OF
LIQUOR, AS HEREIN DEFINED, MAY BE CON-
DUCTED; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE
VIOLATION HEREOF AND PROVIDING FOR THE
ENFORCEMENT HEREOF", SO THAT LOTS 1 TO
7, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 451 AND LOTS 13 TO
1 INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 46 COMMERCI AL SUB-
DIVISION,

A PART OF "A" DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1, That Ordinance No. 402 of the City of Miami
Beach and the map attached thereto and made
a part thereof, as amended, be and the same
are hereby amended so that Lots 1 to 7, in-
elusive, Block 45, and Lots 13 to 18, inclu-
sive, Block 46, Commercial Subdivision, re-
corded in Plat Book 6 at Page 5 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, shall be
included in and made a part of "A" District.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.

MERCIAL SUBDIVISION, SHALL BE INCLUDED IN AND MADE A PART OF
"A" DISTRICT" , having been passed and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three
conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was
at the door of the City Hall in said City on the 3rd day of
November, A. D. , 1938, and that said ordinance remained posted
for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the re-
quirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on this the 7th day of December, A. D. , 1938.
