AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 394, BE-
ING AN ORDI IRAN CE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA IMPOSING LICENSES AND OTHER TAXES,
ON PRIVILEGES, BUSINESSES, OCCUPATIONS AND
PROFESSIONS CARRIED ON AND ENGAGED IN WITHIN
SAID CITY, AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE
EXERCISING OF SUCH PRIVILEGES OR CARRYING
ON SUCH BUSINESSES, OCCUPATIONS OR PROFES-
SIONS, WITHOUT A LICENSE OR OTHER FAILURE
TO COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS THEREOF; FIX..
ING THE AMOUNT TO BE PAID BY PHOTOGRAPHERS
AND/OR AGENCIES FOR SAME.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that part of the subdivision of Section 5 of
Ordinance No, 394 under sub-title "Miscellaneous" ,
reading as follows :
"PHOTOGRAPHERS (Not itinerant) includ-
ing developing and printing . . . . , $25.00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows :
"PHOTOGRAPHERS (not itinerant) includ-
ing developing and printing and/or
agencies for same Q . . . $25.00",
SECTION 2: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.

BUSINESSES, OCCUPATIONS AND PROFESSIONS CARRIED ON AND ENGAGED
IN WITHIN SAID CITY, AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE EXERCISING
OF SUCH PRIVILEGES OR CARRYING ON SUCH BUSINESSES, OCCUPATIONS OR
PROFESSIONS, WITHOUT A LICENSE OR OTHER FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH
THE PROVISIONS THEREOF; FIXING THE AMOUNT TO BE PAID BY PHOTO-
GRAPHERS AND/OR AGENCIES FOR SAME, " having been passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been
posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach,
one of which was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the
8th day of December, A. D. , 1938, and that said ordinance remained
posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the
requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 30th day of January, A. D. , 1939.
