ORDINANCE NO. 534
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA FORMALLY ACCEPTING THE DEDICA.•
TIONS OF ANY AND ALL STREETS, ALLEYWAYS,
PARKWAYS, PLAZAS OR OTHER SECTIONS OR
TRACTS OF LAND OFFERED FOR DEDICATION
LYING WITHIN THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
THE DEDICATIONS OF WHICH ARE CONTAINED IN OR
ON ANY MAP, PLAT, SKETCH, DEED OR OTHER
CONVEYANCE OF RECORD IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND FORMALLY RE-
AFFIRMING ANY AND ALL ACCEPTANCES OF ANY
SUCH OFFERS OF DEDICATION HERETOFORE MADE
BY THE SAID CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that there are maps, plats,
sketches, deeds and other conveyances of record in the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, which dedicate to the public,
streets, alleyways, parkways , plazas and other sections or tracts
of land lying within the corporate boundaries of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, which said dedications contained on or in said maps,
plats, sketches, deeds or other conveyances, have not been formally
accepted by the said City of Miami Beach, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, the said City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, being of the opinion that these said dedications
should be formally accepted,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED BY THE CI TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said City of Miami Beach, Florida,
does hereby formally accept any and all streets, alleyways, parkways ,
plazas, sections or tracts of land offered for dedication lying with-
in the corporate boundaries of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the
dedications of which are contained in or on any map, plat, sketch,
deed or other conveyance of record in the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
AND IT IS FURTHER ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that any and all acceptances of any such
offers of dedication heretofore made by the said City of Miami Beach,
Florida, be and the same are hereby formally re-affirmed.

FLORIDA, FORMALLY ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS OF ANY AND ALL
STREETS, ALLEYWAYS, PARKWAYS, PLAZAS OR OTHER SECTIONS OR TRACTS
OF LAND OFFERED FOR DEDICATION LYING WITHIN THE CORPORATE BOUND-
ARIES OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, THE DEDICATIONS OF
WHICH ARE CONTAINED IN OR ON ANY MAP, PLAT, SKETCH, DEED OR OTHER
CONVEYANCE OF RECORD IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AND FORMALLY REAFFIRMING ANY AND ALL ACCEPTANCES OF ANY SUCH
OFFERS OF DEDICATION HERETOFORE MADE BY THE SAID CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA", having been passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three
conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at
the door of the City Hall in said City on the 8th day of December,
A. D. , 1938, and that said ordinance remained posted for a period
of at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the
City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 30th day of January, A. D. , 1939.
