A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR
DECEMBER 15 , 1982 , AT 5 : 00 P.M. TO CONSIDER AN
AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1891 ,
CREATING A NEW SECTION 22 , INTERIM DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT REGULATION (ID) ; AND TO REPEAL EXIST-
ING SECTION 22 , REDEVELOPMENT USE (RU) DISTRICT;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE APPLICATION OF AN ID DIS-
TRICT TO THE SOUTH SHORE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami
Beach is desirous of creating a new plan for the South Shore
Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, the Miami Beach Planning Board will make
a recommendation to the City Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that a Public Hearing be
called for December 15 , 1982 at 5 :00 P.M. to consider an amend-
ment to the Zoning Ordinance No. 1891, creating a new Section
22 , Redevelopment Use (RU) District; and providing for the
application of an ID District to the South Shore Redevelopment
Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk give notice
to the public by publishing a suitable advertisement in the
local press.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 1982 .
