A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA NAMING JESSE WEISS AS AN HONORARY, NON-VOTING
MEMBER OF THE VISITOR AND CONVENTION AUTHORITY AND
AS THE CITY' S PERMANENT REPRESENTATIVE TO THE SUPER
BOWL COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Mr. Jesse Weiss was a valuable and respected member
of the Visitor and Convention Authority; and
WHEREAS , his services and contributions to the City have been
greatly appreciated by this City Commission and all citizens of
Miami Beach, and
WHEREAS, the City would be very well represented if Mr. Weiss
were the City' s permanent representative to the Super Bowl Commit-
tee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Jesse Weiss be named as an
honorary non-voting member of the Visitor and Convention Authority
and the City' s permanent Representative to the Super Bowl Commit-
tee.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of January, 1983.
