A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING
FOR FEBRUARY 2 , 1983 , AT 2 :45 P.M. TO CONSIDER
THE PLANNING BOARD' S RECOMMENDATION FOR TECHNICAL
AMENDMENTS TO ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1891 , AS SET
FORTH IN COMMISSION MEMORANDUM NO. 22-83 .
WHEREAS , technical amendments to the zoning ordinance
are necessary for administrative purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Board has recommended that such
amendments be adopted by the City Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that a Public Hearing be
called for February 2 , 1983 at 2 :45 P.M.to consider the Plan-
ning Board' s recommendation for technical amendments to Zoning
Ordinance No. 1891 , as set forth in Commission Memorandum
No. 22-83 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk give notice
to the public by publishing a suitable advertisement in the
local press.
