A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREE-
MENT WITH PRUDENTIAL-BACHE SECURITIES FOR
SERVICES AS CONSULTANT FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH GENERAL EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
WHEREAS , the Board of Trustees of the Retirement System
for General Employees has recommended to the City Commission that
Prudential-Bache Securities be retained as consultant under the
terms and conditions set forth in the agreement which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach
has determined said recommendation is well-founded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Com-
mission be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement for and in behalf of the City of Miami Beach, and the
appropriate financial officers of the City of Miami Beach be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to pay and disburse the sum
set forth in said Agreement.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 1983 .
