A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING THE
SOUTHEAST BANK, LOCATED AT 519 ARTHUR GODFREY ROAD,
A CITY DEPOSITORY.
WHEREAS, the Southeast Bank has opened a branch at 519 Arthur
Godfrey Road, and would like to be designated a depository for City
funds; and
WHEREAS, the bank has agreed to the conditions required of
all banks and is eligible to be designated as a City depository;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Southeast Bank be designated
a City depository, and that they be added to the rotation of accounts
on April 1, 1985, and that funds be deposited with said bank at such
time as the need arises.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of February 1983.

SUBJECT: REQUEST FO' DES NATION AS CITY DEPOSITORY - SOUTHEAST BANK
Southeast Bank has opened a branch office at 519 Arthur Godfrey Road,
and would like to be designated a depository for City funds. In addition,
they have requested that they be placed on the rotation schedule for the
City's general operating account.
The Bank has agreed to the conditions required of all banks and could be
designated as a City depository. In 1977 the City Commission added
Capital Bank to the rotation list of banks serving as the custodian of
the City's general operating account, at which time, it was placed last
in rotation list. If the rotation system is to be continued, and previous
policies are to be observed, Southeast Bank would be eligible for the
general operating account on April 1, 1985.
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION:
It is the Administration's recommendation that Southeast Bank be desig-
nated a City depository and that they be added to the rotation list of
banks serving as the custodian of the City's general operating account
in which Southeast Bank would be eligible on April 1, 1985.
