A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON
MARCH 2 , 1933 AT 3 :00 P.M. TO CONSIDER AMENDING
SECTION 26-5A (HISTORIC PRESERVATION DISTRICT
REGULATIONS) , OF ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1891 , IN ORDER
TO MODIFY CRITERIA FOR DESIGNATION, INCLUDING THE
OWNER-CONSENT CLAUSE.
WHEREAS , the Planning Board of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has considered proposed recommendations to modify
the criteria for designation, including the owner-consent
clause, as set forth in Section 26-5A HISTORIC PRESERVATION
DISTRICT REGULATIONS, and
WHEREAS, said Planning Board report and recommendations
have been submitted to the City Commission on February 2 , 1983 ,
NOW, ThEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be
held on March 2, 1983, at 3 :00 P.M. , in the City Commission
Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, to consider said
recommendations, and that the City Clerk be directed to give
notice of said hearing thereof as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of February, 1983 .
