A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE INITIA-
TION OF COMPETITIVE BID PROCEDURES BY THE ADMIN-
ISTRATTION FOR COMPLETION OF THE SOUTH SHORE
MARINA.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the Redevel-
opment Agency has recommended that the City should initiate
competitive bid procedures for completion of the South Shore
Marina; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami
Beach desires that such procedures be immediately initiated.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Commis-
sion of the City of Miami Beach authorizes the initiation of
competitive bid procedures by the administration for completion
of the South Shore Marina.
