A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, HIGHLY COMMENDING THE
DEPARTMENTS AND INDIVIDUALS OF THE CITY THAT
WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING THE 1983 FESTIVAL OF
THE ARTS AN OUTSTANDING SUCCESS.
WHEREAS, the following Departments and individuals expended
tremendous efforts on behalf of the City of Miami Beach to ensure a successful
1983 Festival of the Arts:

Public Properties Department
Public Works Department
Recreation Department
Police Department
Fire Department
Finance Department
City Clerk Department
Derril Dehne and Staff
Harold Griner and Staff
Zeke George and Staff
Robert Thomas and Staff
Barbara Strahm and Staff

individuals responsible for making the 1983 Festival of the Arts an outstanding
success be highly commended.
