A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 83-17263 ,
BY RE-SETTING PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AMEND-
MENTS TO ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1891 , SECTION 26-5A
HISTORIC PRESERVATION DISTRICT REGULATIONS, FROM
MARCH 2 , 1983, AT 3 :00 P.M. TO MARCH 16, 1983 , AT
3 : 00 P.M.
WHEREAS, on February 2, 1983 , the City Commission called a
public hearing to be held on March 2, 1983 , to consider amending
Zoning Ordinance No. 1891, Section 26-5A HISTORIC PRESERVATION
DISTRICT regulations, so as to modify criteria for designation,
including the owner-consent clause, and
WHEREAS , it was deemed advisable by said City Commission on
February 16 , 1983, to re-set said hearing to enable proper adver-
tising thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that Resolution No. 83-17263 be
amended so as to provide that said hearing shall be held on
March 16, 1983, at 3 :00 P.M. , instead of March 2 , 1983 , at
3 : 00 P.M.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of February , 1983.
