A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
ORANGEBROOK CONCESSIONS,INC. FOR THE OPERATION
OF RESTAURANT CONCESSION FACILITIES AT BAYSHORE
AND NORMANDY SHORES GOLF COURSES FOR A SIX-
MONTH PERIOD AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE
PURCHASE OF THE EXISTING RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT IN
THE AMOUNT OF NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS.
WHEREAS, the City desires a concessionaire to operate restaurant
facilities at City Golf Courses; and
WHEREAS, certain restaurant equipment must be used to continue
operations of City-owned Golf Course restaurant concession facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Commission of the
City of Miami Beach:
1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement with Orangebrook Concessions, Inc. for the operations of restaurant
concession facilities for a six-month period.
2. That the City Manager be authorized to purchase the existing
restaurant equipment in the amount of nine thousand dollars.
