A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONCESSION AGREEMENT WITH JOE
FELTON/JEFF BLUMENFELD FOR EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO
OPERATE BEACHFRONT FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONCES-
SIONS AT NORTH SHORE OPEN SPACE PARK .
WHEREAS, the City Commission by Resolution No. 83-17273,
on February 16 , 1983 , awarded the exclusive beachfront concession
operations for food and beverage at North Shore Open Space Park to
Joe Felton/Jeff Blumenfeld; and
WHEREAS, the City Administration has prepared a Concession
Agreement that is signed by the concessionaires; and
WHEREAS, this Concession Agreement outlines the terms,
conditions and operational standards that the concessionaires, by
signature, have agreed to,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED by the City Commission
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida that the Mayor be authorized to
execute the Concession Agreement with Joe Felton/Jeff Blumenfeld in
order that the Concessionaires may begin the implementation of the
food and beverage service at North Shore Open Space Park.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of March , 1983 .
