RESOLUTION NO. 83-17324
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE
CITY, THE TOWN OF SURFSIDE AND THE MIAMI-DADE
WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach has been negotiating
with the Town of Surfside to settle the disputes between Miami
Beach and Surfside as to the rights under a contract for the
supply of water to Surfside; and
WHEREAS, the terms of the new contract are in the best
interests of the City of Miami Beach and have been agreed to
by Surfside and Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Commission
of the City of Miami Beach approves a contract between the City,
the Town of Surfside and the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Authority.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of April , 1983 .
