A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
VICE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE MIAMI BEACH JAYCEES AND THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH.
WHEREAS , the City Commission has reviewed the agreement
between the Miami Beach Jaycees, Inc. and the City of Miami Beach;
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the City Attorney
have recommended execution of the agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Vice
Mayor shall execute the agreement between the Miami Beach Jaycees,
Inc. and the City of Miami Beach.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 1983 .
