RESOLUTION NO.2.
WHEREAS on the second day of April I9I8,the City Council
passed and adopted a resoi$tion ordering the improveient de-
signated as Sidewalk Improvement No.I,Sidewalk District no.I,and
directed the City Engineer to prepare aiid file plans and specific
ations of such improvement and an estimate Of the costs thereof,
including an estimate of the incidental expenses,and the said
plans and specifications and estimate of cost and estimate of
incidental expenses having been filed byek the City :engineer
with the City clerk in conformity with said resolution,
TREREFORE,Be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach,Florida,that the City Clerk shall cause to be
posted at the door of the City Hall,in tine City of Miami Beach,
Floridaand in at least two other public places in said city,
and to be published at least once in a newspaper of general
circulation in the said city,a notice stating that at a meeting
of the City Council of Miami Beach,Florida,to be held in the
Council chamber on the lower floor of the Lunnus Investment
Company Building,located on the corner of Ocean Drive and; Bis-
cayne Avenue of the City of Miami Beach,Florida,on the 21st.
day of May,I9I8,at m 7:30 o'clock P.M. ,the City Council will
hear the remonstrances of any and all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
