AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2/59 BEING THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY , SO AS
TO CHANGE THE USE AND AREA REGULATIONS
OF BLOCKS 1 AND 2 OF BISCAYNE POINT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the use and area regulations of the
following described property, to.wit:
BLOCKS 1 AND 2, BISCAYNE POINT, according
to a Plat recorded in Plat Book 14, at
Page 35, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
be and the same is hereby amended, changed and modified so as to
change said property from its present Use Regulation "RE" Multiple
Family District classification, to what is known as "RD" Single
Family District classification,
and so as to change said property from its present Area Regulation
District No. 9 to what is known as Area Regulation No. 10.
SECTION 2: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately after
its passage , approval and posting.

OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 289, BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, SO AS TO
CHANGE THE USE AND AREA REGULATIONS OF BLOCKS 1 AND 2 OF
BISCAYNE POINT, " having been passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted
by me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach,
one of which was at the door of the City Hall in said City
on the 2nd day of March, A. D. , 1939, and that said ordinance
remained posted for a period of at least thirty day r in
accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of t1-
said. City of Miami Beach.
