AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 289 OF SAID
CITY, SO AS TO CHANGE•THE AREA REGULA-
TIONS OF PROPERTIES IN SUNSET LAKE
EXTENSION, BEING A PART OF AMENDED
PLAT OF REVISED PLAT OF SUNSET ISLANDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Area Regulation of the following des-
cribed property, to-wit:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 1-A; Lots 1 to 5, inclu-
sive, Block 1; Lots 1 to 9, inclusive, Block
2; Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Block 3 and Lots
1 to 7, inclusive, Block 4, all in Sunset Lake
Extension, a subdivision of a part of Amended
Plat of Revised Plat Sunset Islands, in the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, according to Plat
recorded in Plat Book 40 at Page 23, Public Re-
cords of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby amended so as to change said property
from its present Area Regulation District No, 7 to what is known
as Area Regulation District No. 8, as said Area Regulations are
described in Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
SECTION 2: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and they are hereby repealed,
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately after
its passage, approval and posting in accordance with
law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, A. D., 1939.

Ordinance No. 556 entitled, "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
289 OF SAID CITY, SO AS TO CHANGE THE AREA REGULATIONS OF
PROPERTIES IN SUNSET LAKE EXTENSION, BEING A PART OF AMENDED
PLAT OF REVISED PLAT OF SUNSET ISLANDS" , having been passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, h
has been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City
of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall
in said City on the 20th day of July, A. D. , 1939, and that
said ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.

and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach , Florida,
on this the 12th day of September, A. D. , 1939.
