AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 2g9, BEING THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY SO AS TO
RECLASSIFY "BAKERIES, RETAIL" AND
"BAKERIES, WHOLESALE" , AS "BAKERIES"
AND INCLUDE SAME IN SECTION 9 OF SAID
ORDINANCE NUMBER 289.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 9 of Ordinance No. 289 as amended, be
and the same is hereby further amended by the in-.
olusion in said Section 9 of the following classification:
"(19) Bakeries".
SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 522 of the City of Miami Beach
and all other ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.

ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY SO AS TO RECLASSIFY "BAKERIES, RETAIL" AND
"BAKERIES, WHOLESALE" , AS "BAKERIES" AND INCLUDE SAME IN SECTION
9 OF SAID ORDINANCE NUMBER 289" , having been passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been
posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, one of which was at the door of the City Hall in
said City on the 20th day of July, A. D. , 1939, and that said
ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days
in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the
said. City of Miami Beach.
