AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,BEING THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, SO AS
TO CHANGE THE USE AND AREA REGULATIONS
OF BLOCKS 2A and 2B, ESPANOLA VILLAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the use and area regulations of the
following described property, to-wit:
Blocks 2A and 2B, Espanola Villas,
in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
as same is shown on a plat recorded
in Plat Book 7 at Page 145, Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same are hereby amended, changed and modified
so as to change said property from its present Use Regulation
to what is known as ABA" Business District, and
so as to change said property from its present Area Regula-
tion District No. 16, to District No. 19, as said Districts
are described in Section 16 of said Ordinance No. 289, as
amended.
SECTION 2: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately
after its passage and posting .

Ordinance No. 560 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,
BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, SO AS TO CHANGE THE
USE AND AREA REGULATIONS OF BLOCKS 2A AND 2B, ESPANOLA VILLAS" ,
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three con-
spicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was
at the door of the City Hall in said City on the 18th day of
September, A.D. , 1939, and that said ordinance remained posted
for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the
requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami
Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on this the 30th day of October, A.D. , 1939.
