ORDINANCE NO. 561
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO, 2g9, BEING ZONING ORDINANCE
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, SO AS TO
CHANGE THE AREA REGULATIONS ON WATER.
FRONT PROPERTIES ON DI LIDO ISLAND
AND SAN MARINO ISLAND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the area regulation of the following described
properties, to-wit:
Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and Lot A,
of Di Lido Island, and Blocks 1, 2,
3 and 4 of San Marino Island, as
said Di Lido Island and San Marino
Island are shown recorded in Plat
Book g, at Page 36, and in Plat Book
9, at Page 22, respectively, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same are hereby amended so as to change said properties
from their present Area Regulation District No, 21 to Area Regulation
District No. 20, as said Area Regulations are described in Ordinance
No. 289, as amended.
SECTION 2: All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
be and they are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately after its
passage and posting in accordance with law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, A. D., 1939.

Ordinance No.561 entitled 'SAN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 289, BEING ZONING ORDINANCE OF MALI BEACH, FLORIDA, SO
AS TO CHANGE THE AREA REGULATIONS ON WATER-FRONT PROPERTIES
ON DI LIDO ISLAND AND SAN MARINO ISLAND" , having been passed
and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous places,
one of which was at the door of City Hall in said City on
the 21st day of September, A. D. , 1939, and that said
ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
