AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO, 28,9, BEING THE ZONING ORDI-
NANCE OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
SO AS TO CHANGE THE AREA REGULA-.
TION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES ON
RIVO ALTO ISLAND,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Area Regulation of the following
described properties, to- wit :
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Block 5 and Lots
., 9, $ and Ir of Block 10, Rivo Alto
Island, in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, according to al at recorded
in Plat Book 7 at Page 74, Public Records
of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby amended so as to change said prop-
erties from their present Area Regulation District No. 23 to
Area Regulation District No. 22, as said Area Regulations
are described in Ordinance No. 2g9, as amended.
SECTION 2: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and they are hereby repealed,
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately
after its passage and posting in accordance
with law.

Ordinance No. 565 entitled "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 289, BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
SO AS TO CHANGE THE AREA REGULATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
ON RIVO ALTO ISLAND" , having been passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been
posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami
Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall in said
City on the 1st day of November, A. D. , 1939, and that said
ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
