AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, DESIGNATING THE ALLEY BETWEEN
ALTON ROAD AND LENOX AVENUE, FROM FIFTH
STREET TO EIGHTH STREET , AS "LENOX COURT" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH ,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that certain Alley shown as lying between
Alton Road and Lenox Avenue, between Fifth Street
and Eighth Street , Ocean Beach Addition No.3, as recorded in
Plat Book 2, Page 81, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, be and the same is hereby designated as "LENOX COURT".
SECTION 2: All persons, firms or corporations owning property
or residing upon the foregoing Alley as re-named or
designated herein are hereby required to observe the provisions
of this Ordinance in designating or numbering residences or
posting signs or markers which may designate the foregoing Alley.
SECTION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, A. D. , 1939.

No. 568 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH ,
FLORIDA, DESIGNATING THE ALLEY BETWEEN ALTON ROAD AND LENOX
AVENUE, FROM FIFTH STREET TO EIGHTH STREET , AS "LENOX COURT" ,
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three con-
spicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at
the door of the City Hall in said City on the 7th day of December,
A. D. , 1939, and that said ordinance remained posted for a period
of at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of
the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 16th day of January, A. D. , 1940.
