AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 289, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS TO CHANGE THE USE
REGULATION ON LOTS 10, 11, 12 AND 12A OF
"41ST STREET BLOCK SUBDIVI SION".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Use Regulation of the following described
properties, to-wit:
Lots 10, 11, 12 and 12A of "41st Street Block Sub-
division" according to a plat recorded in Plat Book
40 at Page 47 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, also a tract of land described as follows:
Beginning at apoint on the west line of Chase Avenue,
as shown dedicated in Deed Book 1618 at Page 278,
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, where the
north line of Lots 10, 11, 12 and 12A of 041st Street
Block Subdivision" (above referred to) , extended
westerly, intersects said west line of Chase Avenue,
thence run westerly along the said line, being an ex-
tension of the north line of said Lots 10, 11, 12 and
12A, to its intersection with the Biscayne Waterway
bulkhead, thence run Southerly along the said bulkhead
to a point which is the intersection of a line extended
from the south line of said Lots 10, 11, 12 and 12A,
thence run Easterly along said line which is an exten-
sion of the south line of said Lots 10, lls 12 and 12A,
to its intersection with the West line of Chase Avenue,
thence Northerly along the west line of Chase Avenue
to the point of beginning,
be and the same is hereby changed from its present "BA" Business
District classification to "BAA" Business District classification,
as said Use Districts are described in Sections 7 and 6, respectively,
of Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
SECTION 2: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed.

that Ordinance No. 573 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF T hE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMEND-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 289, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDI-
NANCE, SO AS TO CHANGE THE USE REGULATION ON LOTS 10, 11,
12 and 12A OF "41ST STREET BLOCK SUBDIVISION", having
been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three
conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which
was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the 7th
day of March, A. D. , 1900, and that said ordinance remained
posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance
with the requirements of the City Charter of the said
City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, on this the 16th day of April, A. D. , 1940.
