AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 7
OF ORDINANCE NO, 289 BEING Tim ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
BY PERMITTING UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS
THE BUSINESS OF BOATS .. CHARTER, LIVERY
AND FOR-RENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 7 of Ordinance No. 289 of the City of
Miami Beach be and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following number:
9. Boats - Charter, Livery, and For-Rent,
upon the approval and permit by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida.
SECTION 2: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, A. D . ,1940.

BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 289, BEING
THEZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, BY PERMITTING
UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS THE BUSINESS OF BOATS _CHARTER,
LIVERY AND FOR..RENT%, having been passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been
posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami
Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall in said
City on the 6th day of June, A. D. , 1940, and that said Ordin-
ance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in
accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City
of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 19th day of July, A. D. , 1940.
