Ordinance 579 ORDINANCE NO. 579 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NO, 289 BEING Tim ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, BY PERMITTING UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS THE BUSINESS OF BOATS .. CHARTER, LIVERY AND FOR-RENT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Section 7 of Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami Beach be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following number: 9. Boats - Charter, Livery, and For-Rent, upon the approval and permit by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida.
