Ordinance 580 ORDINANCE NO. 580 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 402, REGULATING AND RESTRICTING THE LOCATIONS WHEREIN THE SALE OF .a.TQUOR MAY BE CONDUCTED, PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF, AND PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT THEREOF; REPEALING SECTION 5 THEREOF AND PLACING AREAS WITHIN SAID AREA DESCRIBED THEREIN IN A DISTRICT SET FORTH IN SECTION 6 OF SAID ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Section 5 of Ordinance No. 402 of the City of Miami Beach, be and the same is hereby repealed, and the areas within said City described in said Section 5 be and the same are hereby placed in the "D" District as set forth in Section 6 of said Ordinance. SECTION 2: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith shall be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: Whereas an emergency exists, this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure on the ground of urgent public need for the preservation of peace, health, safety, welfare and property in the City of Miami Beach, Florida. L. , 1940, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
