ORDINANCE NO. 591
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 63 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 258 (AS PREVIOUSLY ADDED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 541) BEING AN ORDINANCE
REGULATING TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 63 of Ordinance No. 258 (as previously added
by Ordinance No. 541) be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"SECTION 63. For efficiency of operation and for con-
venience of offenders, and officers of
the City of Miami Beach, there is hereby established
under the control and operation of the Police Department
of said City, a Traffic Bureau.
Any person who violates any provision of Ordinance
No. 258 of the City of Miami Beach, except Section 4+9
thereof, may be served with a summons to personally
appear at the Police Station of said City. "
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.

YO. 541) BEING AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAF FIC UPON THE
PUBLIC STREETS OF TI?E CITY 'F MIAMI BEACH ", having been
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the
door of the City Hall in said City on the 3rd day of January,
A. D. , 1941, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a
period of at least thirty days in accordance with the re-
quirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami
Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have here into set my
hand and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on this the 11th day of February, A. L. , 1941.
